Why has my balance decreased even though I haven’t placed any bets?

If your balance decreases without placing bets, the following possibilities may apply:

- If you used a deposit bonus, the bonus funds may have expired.
The validity period of a deposit bonus is 30 days, and if the wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus funds become invalid.

- If there was an issue with sports results, they may have been corrected to the accurate result, and your balance adjusted accordingly.
​
- For accounts with no login activity for more than 12 months, a monthly fee of €5 (or the equivalent amount) will be applied.
The fee is only deducted while the account has a balance.
