I can’t place a bet on sports.

If you are unable to place a sports bet, the following reasons may apply:

• Using a bonus
At FOMO, funds deposited with a received bonus are managed in the Bonus Wallet, while funds deposited without a bonus are managed in the Cash Wallet.
Funds in the Bonus Wallet cannot be used for Sports Bets or FOMO Bets. You will need to do one of the following:
- Cancel the bonus
- Fulfill the bonus conditions
- Switch to the Cash Wallet

• Unable to bet due to odds change timing
Sports betting odds may change at any time.
If the odds change between the time you select the market and the time you place the bet, betting may be blocked depending on your settings.
You can change the setting as follows:
1. Open the bet slip
2. Tap [Odds Settings] at the bottom of the slip
3. Tap [Accept Odds Changes]

*If you accept odds changes, your bet may be placed at different odds (higher or lower) than when you selected the market.
If you only accept higher odds, your bet will be placed only when the odds are equal to or higher than the selected value.

• The market is closed
Mainly in live bets, markets may be closed as the match progresses.
For example, if you select a market predicting which team will score next, and a goal is scored before you place the bet, that market will close and you will no longer be able to bet.

• Minimum/maximum bet amount not met
The available bet range varies by match or market.
If your bet does not meet the minimum or exceeds the maximum limit, an error will be displayed on the bet slip.

• Unable to bet due to an error
If you cannot bet due to an error not listed above, please take a screenshot and contact our support team.
