If your balance has decreased, the following possibilities may apply:
- If there was an issue with sports results, the balance may have been adjusted to reflect the correct results.
- If you used a deposit bonus, the bonus funds may have expired and become invalid.
Deposit bonuses have an expiration period, and if wagering requirements are not completed within this time, the bonus funds become void.
- For accounts that have been inactive (no login) for more than 12 months, a monthly fee of €5 (or equivalent amount) will be applied.
This fee is only deducted while there is a balance in the account.
