I made a withdrawal request, but the funds have not been received.

You can check the withdrawal status by following the steps below.
1. Tap the account icon in the top menu (the second icon from the right)
2. Tap 'Transactions'
3. Tap 'Withdrawals'

■ If the withdrawal process has not been completed
Please wait a little longer for completion.

■ If the withdrawal process has been completed
Please check the following:
• Whether the specified address is correct
• Whether the specified network is correct

[If there is no issue with the specified address or network]
You can verify whether the funds have been successfully received in your designated wallet by checking the cryptocurrency transaction details.

■ If the transfer transaction has not been completed
The time for the funds to reach the destination may vary depending on network congestion.
Please wait a little longer for completion.

■ If the transfer transaction has been completed
The funds have been credited to the designated wallet. However, if your destination is an exchange, it is possible that the exchange has temporarily paused deposit reflection (or crediting to your account).
If you are using an exchange and there is no issue with the specified address or network, please contact the exchange for confirmation.
