The time it takes for funds to reach the destination address varies depending on the gas (transaction fee) at the time of transfer and network congestion.
After the funds are received at the destination address, they will generally be reflected in your account within approximately 5 to 10 minutes. For BTC deposits, it may take around 30 minutes in some cases.
If more than 15 minutes have passed, please check the following:
1. Whether the funds were sent to an incorrect address or network
2. Whether maintenance is currently in progress
In principle, for cause “1,” due to the nature of blockchain technology, it is difficult to reflect the funds to the correct destination address or return the funds.
For cause “2,” the funds will be reflected after the maintenance is completed.
