Are goals scored in additional time included in the bet results?

In match result settlements, additional time (injury time) is included along with the regular first and second halves.
Even in markets marked as 'excluding extra time', goals scored in additional time are reflected in the result.
However, unless otherwise specified, extra time and penalty shootouts are not included.
