If you do not receive the authentication email, the following issues may be the cause

・The email has been sorted into folders other than your regular inbox, such as spam, promotions, or junk.

・Emails from overseas servers are being blocked.

As a solution, please try the following:

・Configure your settings to allow emails from [ @fomo.io ].

If you still cannot log in even after entering the authentication code sent by email, or if you experience any other login issues, please contact our support team.
